Our management team is comprised of highly qualified project managers with extensive field experience and firsthand knowledge as trade persons on government projects. With a low EMR (.79) and DART and TCR rates of zero over the past five years, CMS Construction presents very low risk. CMS Construction has a history of successful federal project delivery; we’ve completed work on hundreds of projects on active military installations and other secure federal facilities. We have a deep understanding of base security and access requirements.
