CMS Construction served as Prime Contractor on this D/B interior-exterior renovation and repair of a 23,000-SF commercial building on an active military installation for USACE. This project included renovating the Desert Oasis Restaurant, Sam Adams Brewhouse, Leaders Bar, and three large event rooms in an event and catering center at Fort Irwin, CA. Work was performed within an existing commercial building and consisted of selective demolition, site utilities, site concrete, security fencing, concrete polishing, interior/exterior lighting, fire alarm mass notification system, fire sprinklers, HVAC, metal roofing, framing, drywall, painting, plumbing, restroom fixtures and accessories, storefront door assemblies with ADA controls, PA system, acoustic ceilings, and ceramic flooring. CMS self- performed 35% of the contract value. This project received an excellent CPARS Rating.
