CMS performed as the prime contractor for the design and construction of new security upgrades, to include new perimeter security fencing, vehicular gates, pedestrian gates, and vehicle bollards, cable reinforce existing fencing, new wall mounted external lighting and light poles, directionally boring underground utilities, new CCTV system, new Access Control System, site concrete and AC paving, and landscaping. CMS self-performed 18% of the contract value. This project received an excellent CPARS rating.
