CMS is performing as the prime contractor for the design and construction to remove and replace 72,000-sf of roofing on occupied buildings 4800 and 4801 located on the flight line. Project scope includes demolition and lead/ asbestos abatement of obsolete structures and equipment at multiple roof levels, fabrication/installation of new galvanized metal work platforms, ramps, stairs, and crossovers, and fabrication/installation of 2600-lf new galvanized metal guardrail systems. CMS Construction will be self-performing 25% of the contract value.
