CMS performed as the prime contractor for the design and construction to convert approximately 7,000 sf of administrative office space into working laboratory space, to include an Open Secret Storage (OSS) lab. The work included demolition and abatement of hazardous materials, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, telecom, fire alarm mass notification, fire sprinklers, telecom, custom casework, acoustic ceiling, compressed air system, intrusion detection, access controls, security doors, ESD epoxy flooring, lab furniture and equipment, and interior finishes. CMS Construction self-performed 20% of the contract value.
