CMS performed as the prime contractor to construct a new Infant and pre-toddler active play building for the children of soldiers and families. Project scope included site improvements, steel framing, roofing, EIFIS, fire sprinklers, fire alarm mass notification system, electrical, HVAC, domestic water, wastewater, natural gas, structural concrete, site concrete, ATFP doors and windows, CCTV, telecom, interior finishes, fencing, and landscaping. The childcare facility remained active and open for the duration of construction. CMS self-performed 18% of the contract value.
