CMS performed as the primary underground subcontractor for a 14,180-sf high security modular complex. Earthwork included layout, sawcut and removal of AC paving, trenching and shoring, backfill, compaction and AC paving. Underground utility installation included domestic water, fire suppression and hydrant, sewer, high-voltage electrical and transformers, telephone, and data. CMS self-performed 40% of the contract value.
